Albanian Education System and Measures to Prevent Brain Drain

This policy brief provides a concise summary of the participation of young people in the Albanian education system, emphasizing youth brain drain as one of the main challenges of the country at the moment. An overview of the current reforms and policy developments in Albanian education is presented as well. The policy brief offers policy recommendations that would help to lessen Albania’s youth brain drain and examines ways to improve education in the country by embracing cutting-edge methods.
