Partners Albania for Change and Development supports international donor institutions and organizations in designing and implementing development programs that are locally grounded and deliver sustainable impact. Our work focuses on building bridges of trust and cooperation between international actors and local partners, ensuring that every intervention is aligned with the political, economic, and social context of the country. We facilitate regional and public dialogues that foster inclusive participation and provide an analytical basis to inform policy and decision-making processes. We also provide technical assistance in the development of strategic documents for public institutions and conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys to assess performance, effectiveness, and impact. A key component of our services is the management of sub-granting schemes,  including transparent selection processes, donor-aligned monitoring, and reporting through dedicated digital platforms. Through tailored training and mentoring programs, we strengthen the capacities of grantee organizations and partner institutions, enhancing their sustainability and effectiveness in implementing development initiatives.
