The survey report “Assessment of service quality at local level”, was prepared by a group of experts from Partners-Albania. This survey was supported by the US State Department (Democracy Commission’s Small Grants Program), in framework of the project “Toward more transparent and accountable local government”.

The survey focuses on evaluation of Kruja and Durrës municipalities’ performance in providing services to citizens, identification of citizens’ priorities and concerns, in order to plan and implement projects and investments based on their real needs and in favor to increase the service quality. 

Partners-Albania experts discussed the findings with municipalities’ staff and representatives of civil society, whose comments and suggestions were reflected in the publication.
