Starting from January 2006, Partners – Albania, Center for Change and Conflict Management is a member of the Network for the Open Society in Albania - NOSA.

Since April 2004, Open Society Foundation in Albania has been subdued to a range of transformations; process that by the end of 2005 was finalized with the transformation of the Foundation in the Network for the Open Society in Albania - NOSA.

Partners – Albania was selected together with 7 NPO-s to be NOSA members based on its governance standards, management principles, mission and long-term strategy, and KPMG auditing results.
The final decision was made in October 2005, after an open and competitive process with participation of 41 Albanian NPO-s, which lasted more than one year.

On January 1 st, 2006 NOSA started its operations as a virtual NPO network aiming mainly at influencing policy at the Good Governance, Civil Society and European Integration areas. Open Society Foundation in Albania will continue its existence as an independent Albanian institution and member of NOSA.

Partners – Albania role and contribution along with other partner organizations in the Network for the next three years is the further development of civil society in Albania and its institutional capacities.
