Partners-Albania designs academic and training curricula on change management and conflict resolution.

Based on the curricula gaps identified at the university level and experience of Partners network internationally, Partners-Albania developed a program to introduce change and conflict management practices in the curricula of the Tirana University.

Partners-Albania introduced in the academic year 2002 - 2003 a course on Conflict Management for second year students at the Social Sciences Faculty, Social Work Department.
