| TRAINING is one of the tools Partners – Albania uses, among others to promote an active civil society and a culture of tolerance and cooperation. We hope through this publication to provide public with a broader picture of Partners – Albania training capacity in relevant sectors. Specific training programs are designed for non-for-profit sector, local government, private sector and community leaders ranging from effective communication, negotiation, facilitation, mediation, and advanced change management skills to specific topics on institutional capacity building and cross – sector cooperation. Training trainers on the above topics and coaching them during training design and delivery process is another important investment of Partners – Albania, ensuring a multiplier effect of skills dissemination. Partners – Albania tailors the training around organizations, institutions and individuals needs and requests. Thus, the training design entails evaluation of needs and discussion of expectations, adjustment of the program and follow-up training plan.
